  10. Senior Breakfast Where: PAC – Performing Arts Center When: Tuesday, June 12th Time: 9 AM Cost: $10

  11. PROM Date: Friday, June 1st Location: Cerritos Permorming Arts Center Time: 7 – 11 PM Ticket Sales: NOW until May 25th All Saturday school assignments must be served & fines paid before Prom tickets can be purchased

  12. Yearbook Distribution Sales Still available for only $70 Next week May 2 – May 6 in quad Yearbookforever.com Distribution Thursday, June 2nd in the gym Cost is now $80 3 p.m. – 4 p.m. SENIORS ONLY! 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. all students SCHOOL ID IS REQUIRED

  13. Graduation Clearance MUST pass all required class(es) NO unexcused absence STUDENTS WILL BE PLACED ON “GRADUATION HOLD” AND WILL NOT BE ISSUED A CAP & GOWN UNTIL CLEARED

  23. GRADUATION TICKETS Each person needs a ticket (Age 3 and under do not) 8 tickets per graduate Provided in Cap & Gown package Check with fellow graduates for un-needed tickets

  24. FAMILY & FRIENDS Inform your family which side of the stadium you are sitting on Spectators will not be allowed to enter the stadium with items that distract from the ceremony Additional tickets will not be available at the gates

  25. Graduation – Appropriate Dress Girls Dress or dress slacks Boys Dress shirt and tie Dress slacks Footwear No flip-flop sandals

  26. Graduation - Photographs Professional photos will be taken of each graduate receiving diploma Parents, relatives, and friends must remain in stands Family photos on field after ceremony

  28. RECESSIONAL NEW – NEW - NEW Graduates will remain on the field and not recess out of the stadium. Recessional will be along side of field – facing families.

  30. Grad Night Where: Disneyland When: Tuesday, June 19th Time: ALL DAY& ALL NIGHT Transportation: Bus Contact your Class President Cost is $60.00 Deadline: 5/11/12 Tickets may be purchased in RM 73

  31. Grad Night ----- Disney’s Rules OK TO BRING…. Cameras, cell phones, and pagers if not in a case Inhalers are OK w/advance approval from the Grad Night reservation form Disney hats (appropriate) NOT OK TO BRING… Any clothing affiliated with a school, sports team, group, etc. (letterman jackets, clothing with school logos, etc.) Clothing not in good repair (torn jeans and shirts, etc.) Extremely revealing clothing (i.e. bathing suit tops/bottoms, see-through clothing, etc.)

Grad Night -Leave at Home All backpacks, briefcases, hip packs, camera bags, tote bags, and oversized purses Weapons, knives, chemical irritants of any kind, laser pointers Food and beverage (including water bottles and snack items) Prescription medication (inhalers are OK with advance approval from the Grad Night reservation form) Lotion, mouthwash, and any over-the-counter medications Tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, snuff, etc.) and related material (lighters, matches, pipes, etc.) Grad Night is non-smoking event. No one – regardless of age – will be allowed to smoke at any time. Alcohol, illegal drugs (or any controlled substance) and weapons.
