  2. Health & Safety Notice Toilet facilities are in the entrance hall Fire exits are via the entrance doors and side exits Tea, coffee and mince pies provided by LNA will be available at the end of the presentation. Any donations will go to the church.

  3. Program of Events Short 15-20min Presentation Questions & Answers Public discussion, for and against two main strategic sites (Broadmoor fm & Latchbrook) Current proposals for Broadmoor Farm by CEG. Finishing with refreshments & mince pies

  4. Cont: What we have been doing. Membership of the committee Financial Statement Neighbourhood Plan Latchbrook/Broadmoor Farm – What we know. Tonight’s discussion.

  5. What we have been doing? Attending Monthly Steering Group meeting for Neighbourhood Plan. Monthly Committee Meetings. Attending NP seminar in Camborne. Meeting local and Cornwall Councillors. Corresponded with both Sheryll Murray MP and Government Ministers reflecting your views. Local Issues Play Parks Scouts Hut Latchbrook Leat – Countrywide Involvement/Park Benches

  6. Cont: Village Green/Allotments/BBQ area/Sports Field.

  7. Membership of the Committee Currently 9 members sit on the committee, meeting twice monthly. 2 sit on the Neighbourhood Plan, Steering Group. 1 attends CIC – Community Interest Company meetings. New members. Please come forward if you are interested in coming onboard.

  8. Neighbourhood Plan Out of 213 Cornwall parishes 65 are doing a NP Nationally only 3 have gone to referendum and have been successful. Completion time from 18 months. Saltash Town Council involvement Community Engagement Public meetings Roadshows Questionnaires Referendum – 51% wins the day.
