  2. Learning Intentions • I understand the rules of a correct sentence. • I can identify and use correct sentences.

  3. What are the rules of a correct sentence? • A sentence is a group of words that makes sense on its own. • A sentence must begin with a capital and end with a full stop, question mark or exclamation mark. • A sentence should always include a subject and a verb.
