Paired vertical facets are scanned with

CMM probe to establish center of rotation note: profile is

also determined

Jaw is then rotated for subsequent measurements

Measurements taken

when facets are

horizontal record gravity sag of Jaw

Jaw is supported on Tooling Plate for taking measurements

collimator sag jaw and supports
Collimator sag (Jaw and Supports)

Scan horizontal

facets then subtract values from earlier horizontal data to obtain offset for vertical collimator orientation

Change End Plates to tilt Jaw for skew orientation as necessary

Add End Plates and Rotate 90 Degrees
