Newsletter • Produced by Air Resource Specialists, Inc. • Quarterly issues: Feb – May – Aug – Nov • E-mail distribution only beginning Nov 2011 • Changed to full color photos/graphics in Nov 2011 • Cost reduced to ~$2,000 per quarterly issue • Distribution • 600 hardcopies reduced to 51 electronic (e-mail) • But!!!! – added 69 new readers • New electronic distribution currently 120 recipients • Plus, site operators receive photocopy in filter boxes • Also available on IMPROVE Web site
