  5. Do you give cues to kids so they think avoiding some foods is the right thing to do? If so – Change your attitude!

  6. Kids will try new foods when they are comfortable with them. They may need to be exposed to a new food several times before they even take one little nibble. Be patient

  7. Serve new foods to children and expect that they will eventually learn to like them. Have a positive attitude
