This is the true story, of fifty-five universities, invited to a conference, who work together to build leaders, and to find out what happens, when NCCs and NRHH-CCs stop wasting time, and delegates get down to business.   2. Registration • Registration online except for payment and waivers • Begins November 1, 2007 and ends December 14, 2007 • Late Registration ends December 28th with an extra $5 per delegate • Payments made in form of check • Delegation cap is 6 not including advisor

  3. Housing • Country Inn & Suites (923 Maple Hill Road, Bloomington IL 61704 ) • Delegate rooms – 4 people, 2 beds • Advisor rooms – 2 people, 2 beds • Singles available if necessary • Check in – Friday 2:30-5:30 PM • Check out – Saturday 10 PM-Sunday 11 AM • Times adjustable with hotel http://www.countryinns.com/bloomingtonil_west

  4. Friday – dinner on your own, restaurant list provided by conference staff Saturday – continental breakfast in board room, lunch and dinner in Bertholf Commons Sunday – breakfast on your own Additional continental breakfast provided by hotel Sodexho meals include: salad bar, sandwich bar, assorted pizza, pasta, the grill, cereal, and 2 additional specials Vegetarian and vegan options available at both meals upon request Meals

  5. Main campus dining center – Bertholf Commons Á la carte dining facility – located near boardroom

  6. Hospitality • Hospitality room will be located in a conference room in the Country Inn & Suites • Room open on Friday and Saturday nights and will comply with NACURH’s policy on caffeine • Room in operation until 1:00 AM on Friday and Saturday • Food donated by local restaurants and campus sponsors

Free parking at the hotel and multiple campus lots Campus shuttles driven by Residential Life Staff who have been certified by the university will also be available Campus Security Headquarters in close proximity to the board room North edge of campus extends directly to Bromenn Regional Medical Center Conference volunteers will be available at all times for security needs Transportation and Security

  8. Conference Policies • Alcohol, drugs, and illegal substances – not tolerated and will result in removal from the conference with no refund • Smoking – only permitted outdoors on campus • Damages – any damages to campus or the hotel will be the financial responsibility of those involved
