This study explores the impact of SHH and WNT signaling pathways in the progression of Group 3 and Group 4 cancers with a focus on p-values and Supplementary Figures 4, 5, and 6. Results show significant correlation (p=0.0027) in Group 3 and Group 4 cancer cells.
