  5. Demonstrate • Develop interest by showing how it fits his/her need. • Demonstrate or show test data

  6. Overcome Resistance • After interest is developed, and there is resistance from customer • Give back up test data • Technical Information

  7. Close • Customers objections voiced • Encourage Action

  8. How to prepare a Good Sales Presentation!!! • Prepare • Involve • Positive Communication • Motivate

  9. Prepare • Gather all information • Outline demonstration • Practice Makes Perfect!

  10. Benefits • Highlight benefits to customer • Use aids, reports, charts, testimonials • Point out the benefits that match the customers needs first.

  11. INVOLVEMENT • Five Senses • Hearing • Seeing • Touching • Tasting • Smelling

  12. Communication Positive • Don’t argue • Do not tell the customer they are wrong • Ask questions to receive positive responses. • Make sure sales points were understood

  13. Motivation • Keep customer motivated • Be Dramatic, Enthusiastic and Dynamic

  14. Work in partners to use the principles of selling and sell the product given to each of you as best as you can. • They will be presented in front of the class in 15 minutes. • Good Luck in your selling!
