  1. The Tale of the Messy Piglet By: Alicia Gregus

  2. One day there was a pig named Oreo. Oreo was just a piglet and always got into trouble because he was messy.

  3. The next day Oreo wondered off from his family and got lost. He found himself lost in the woods with no one there to help him.

  4. Oreo wandered for days and found himself on another farm with strange animals. He squealed for help but no one came to his rescue. After a few minutes he found another pig. His name was Snickerdoodle.

  5. Snickerdoodle was a messy piglet just like Oreo. Snickerdoodle and Oreo became best friends, but Oreo was still scared because he was far away from home.

  6. Oreo and Snickerdoodle wandered the woods, back the way Oreo came from. After a few days Oreo and Snickerdoodle made it back to the farm which Oreo had came from. Oreo’s family were so glad to see him.

  7. Oreo’s family were so happy that Oreo was back that they let Snickerdoodle stay with them. Oreo and Snickerdoodle were best friends for life. 
