Birthday Books!

1. Birthday Books! Celebrate Your Child’s Birthday and Support the Media Center Fort Mill Elementary School has a wonderful program called “Birthday Books”. This is truly a gift that keeps on giving! Dedicating a Birthday Book is Simple! For a donation of $15.00, your child can select a book from a special collection of Birthday Books. We will place a personalized bookplate in the front of the book to commemorate the dedication. Your child is the first to check out the book, and when it is time to return the book, other children will continue to enjoy the selection! Birthday Book selections are all made on the same day. Generally, this is during the last week of each month at 7:30am in the Media Center. Notices are sent in advance to your child’s teacher so they are reminded to send your child to the Media Center on the selection day. How to make your Special Birthday Dedication 1. Complete the form below. 2. Return the form and $15.00 (cash or check made payable to FMES PTO) in an envelope marked Media Center/Pike. 3.
