  1. Hurling Development Chairman The Hurling Chairman will undertake the following duties under the direction of the Club Committee: • Liaise and consult with all members of the HDC to Plan hurling development within the club • Oversee all disciplinary proceedings in relation to hurling within the club • Oversee the implementation of the Health and Safety Policy, Discipline Policy, Child Protection Policy and the Use of Reasonable Force Policy in the hurling fiturnity • Chair meetings of HDC • Report to Club Committee • Prepare and Present Annual Report

Hurling Coaching Coordinator The Hurling Coaching Coordinator will undertake the following duties under the direction of the Hurling Chairman: • Liaise with Club Coaching Development Officer to formulate and implement club policy • Recruitment of Hurling Coaches • Develop the club’s coaching human resource • GAA Coaching Awards • Fundamentals training for coaches working with children • Coach Education Workshops (internal and external) • Ensure coaches have appropriate coaching resources • Liaise with Juvenile Hurling Coordinator in vetting of coaches working with children • Develop a code of practice for coaches • Develop a seamless transition for players across age groups into adult teams • Liaise with Club Coaches on implementing club policy on coaching • Attend coach development conferences to keep up to date with modern coaching practices • Report to Hurling Development Committee

  3. Hurling Fixtures & Facilities Coordinator The Hurling Fixtures and Facilities Coordinator will undertake the following duties under the direction of the Hurling Chairman: • Collate all home fixtures for hurling games at all levels • Liaise with Football and Camogie Coordinators to agree an monthly/quarterly/annual timetable for use of the pitch and sports hall • Book all required facilities for hurling games and training at all age groups • Ensure that all equipment required for training and games is available and in an appropriate condition for use • Ensuring access for people with disabilities • Report to Hurling Development Committee

Juvenile Hurling Coordinator The Hurling Juvenile Coordinator will undertake the following duties under the direction of the Hurling Chairman: • Liaise with coaches to ensure adherence with code of conduct • Ensure adherence with Child Protection policies and procedures • Co-ordinate a fixtures and training programme in consultation with juvenile coaches • Liaise with Hurling Coaching Coordinator to ensure appropriate training for all juvenile coaches • Liaise with Facilities and Fixtures Coordinator to develop the Juvenile games and coaching programme. • Liaise with Juvenile team management teams to agree a budget for teams including all equipment and team kit • Liaise with juvenile coaches to ensure a seamless transition for players across age groups • Liaise with Hurling Development Chairman in relation to disciplinary proceedings within the juvenile fraternity • Report to Hurling Development Committee

Senior Hurling Coordinator The Senior Hurling Coordinator will undertake the following duties under the direction of the Hurling Chairman: • Liaise with senior coaches to ensure adherence with code of conduct • Co-ordinate a fixtures and training programme in consultation with senior coaches. • Liaise with Hurling Coaching Coordinator to ensure appropriate training for all senior coaches • Liaise with Facilities and fixtures Coordinator to develop the senior games and coaching programme. • Liaise with Senior team management teams to agree a budget for teams including all equipment and team kit • Liaise with Hurling Development Chairman in relation to disciplinary proceedings within the senior fraternity • Report to Hurling Development Committee
