Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED) & Red Tape Challenge • Review of PSED, concerns over the process. • Is Equality Red Tape? • Loss of political leadership on Equality • The employment rate for young black men is 50%8. • Research by the Runnymede Trust identifies that BME female employment is also adversely affected.
