  5. The Plot • Who am I going to meet today? • What things must I accomplish? • What meetings do I have and how must I prepare? • What details can I delegate? • What relationships need attention? • Why am I doing this? • Where can I find the pure, lovely, admirable, and praiseworthy?

  6. The Characters Love your Faculty Which way did they go?How many were there?I must find them.I am their leader.

  7. Diction/Language/Dialogue Colleges are made one conversation at a time.

  8. Music/Rhythm/Spectacle • Create Joyful Moments • Notice what your faculty are doing. • Don’t miss an opportunity to let them know you value them.
