(2) This investment would provide equity and the remainder would be covered by toll revenues. (3) Maritime investments would be matched by the Port of San Diego. (4) This project would be combined with Trolley improvement projects, and the local match would come from TransNet. (5) This project would be combined with COASTER improvements, and the local match would come from TransNet.
