ACT 391 • Campuses in Preliminary Stages of Design/Construction • Delgado Community College Learning Resources Center • Mathes-Brierre Architects selected for design • Campus has requested and LCTCS Facilities Corporation has approved relocation of the building • Mathes Brierre restarted design phase in mid-November • Construction Documents due end of April 2013

ACT 391 • Campuses in Preliminary Stages of Design/Construction (cont’d.) • Delgado Community College, Sidney Collier Campus • Demolition of existing buildings began November 2012 • RFQ’s were due January 15, 2013 for Design Build Services • RFP’s will be issued April 3, 2013, responses due April 26, 2013

ACT 391 • Campuses in Preliminary Stages of Design/Construction (cont’d.) • South Louisiana Community College, Evangeline Campus – St. Martinville • 100% Construction Documents are being reviewed • RFQ’s for a General Contractor received January 8, 2013 • Pre-bid meeting tentatively set for April 15, 2013 • Construction to begin June 2013 • SOWELA Technical Community College, Allied Health & Nursing Building • Architect Selected: Jeff Kudla in joint venture with Washer Hill Lipscomb • Plans will be revised to coordinate HVAC systems with Arts and Sciences • Project advertised in November 2012 and bid in December 2012 • Construction completion estimated at March 2014

ACT 391 • Campuses in Preliminary Stages of Design/Construction (cont’d.) • Nunez Community College, Administration Building • FEMA has agreed to fund slab elevation, additional chill water line support mitigation, existing sign and fiber optics relocation • Architect’s Estimate now within FP&C’s funds available for construction • Revisions to Final Bid Documents were submitted in July 2012 • Project to be advertised and bid in early 2013 • Construction completion estimated at Spring 2014
