  8. No renovation to upgrade the facilities • The cleaning service is not good • The level of satisfaction of student for every place • Some facilities need to be upgrade such as surau, pantry, etc. PROBLEM STATEMENT

  9. Collect the data of student opinion about the facilities at KTP • Determine which facilities need to be upgrade • Determine the students’ satisfaction about the facilities and comfort at KTP RESEARCH OBJECTIVE

  10. Interview and giving questionnaire • Sample – 50 respondents (10 male and 40 female) • Each block – about 10 respondents • 6 facilities METHODOLOGY RESEARCH

  11. RESEARCH ANALYSIS (1) • Most of respondents are 1st year students (52%)

  12. RESEARCH ANALYSIS (2) • About 64% (32/50) of respondents are satisfied with their hostel

  13. RESEARCH ANALYSIS (3) • Most of respondents are satisfied with their facilities and comfortless at their hostel

  15. About 42% of respondents said that their toilet in a poor condition. RESEARCH ANALYSIS (4)

  18. About 52% of respondents are satisfied with surau condition. RESEARCH ANALYSIS (4)

  19. About 46% of respondents are satisfied with their activity room condition RESEARCH ANALYSIS (4)

  20. About 48% of respondent are satisfied with their library condition. RESEARCH ANALYSIS (4)

  21. Most of respondents are satisfied with their facilities at the KTP RESEARCH ANALYSIS (4)

  22. RESEARCH ANALYSIS (5) • 100% of respondents are agreed that the KTP Library should open until night

  23. RESEARCH ANALYSIS (6) • About 54% of respondents are not satisfied with cleaning services at the KTP

  24. About 76% of respondents said that the washing machines are not enough in KTP RESEARCH ANALYSIS (7)

  25. RESEARCH ANALYSIS (8) • The toilet is the highest percentage that the management of KTP should be upgraded this facilities.

  26. Renovate the toilet at KTP block • Improve the pantry condition • Improve the condition, time operation, and book collection at KTP library • Improve the cleaning services • Add more washing machine for every block RECOMMENDATION

  27. A few student are not satisfied with the facilities • Need to take the right action to solve this problem • Need to upgrade some facilities CONCLUSION
