Data Extract Working Group(DEWG) • Reviewed staff response to extract issues • Identified root cause of extract posting issues and corrective actions implemented by ERCOT Staff. • ERCOT has provided more detail into the Data Extract Architecture to identify the challenges they face in delivery and maintenance of extracts. • Number of incidents in delays or data extract errors are down from prior months. (DEWG Chair very pleased) • Extracts Service Level Agreement (SLA) • Focus on adding more detail to the SLA document. • Reports & Extracts are ranked for criticality. • Focus is on metrics to achieve the goals of: • Timeliness/ Completeness/ Accuracy/ and Availability.

  3. Settlements and Data Acquisition Working Group(SDAWG) Nodal Impacts • Reviewed with ERCOT Staff Verifiable Cost Manual and issues related to non-fuel startup the result of RUC deployment

Profile Working Group (PWG) Demand Response Update • Submitted PRR 736 to PRS (PRS tabled until implementation issues are resolved) • Joint PWG / RMS Task Force will be formed to build requirements for DR Programs & report to COPS by Feb. 2008. • ERCOT Staff to assemble a complete a list of discussion items and questions for the Task Force on DR Program implementation.
