Voting Items • COPS voted to approve COPMGRR016 Update to Section 12, Renewable Energy Credits due to PRR 808, Clean-up and Alignment of RECs Trading Program Language with PUCT Rules • COPs voted to approve NPRR208 Registration and Settlement of Distributed Generation (DG) Less than One MW as revised by PWG – has been approved by PRS • Endorse PRR845 with ERCOT comments (Definition for IDR meters and Optional Removal of IDR Meters at a Premise where an Advanced Meter can be provisioned)

  3. Nodal Update – Key Items • Jim Galvin, Chair of SEWG presented the Nodal update • Slightly behind schedule – 2 weeks. • A little over half of the QSEs participating in Market Trials (connectivity) have been qualified for Phase 1. • Additional phases of Market Trials will provide qualification including: CRR auction, invoices, statements and invoices in April as well as Day Ahead Market statements, invoices and extracts. • Training opportunities are scheduled in Dallas, Austin and Houston • It is mandatory for all QSEs to participate in Market Trials. • If you do not complete market trials by August 13th, you will not be able to participate in the nodal market.

Working Group Update • CCWG • RSS Feeds on ERCOT.com – now available! • COPMGRR017 – Continued working on Section 8.2 Settlement Statements and Invoices • Other sections being worked on: • Section 6 - Registration and Qualification • Section 7 - Inputs to Settlement Process and Data Aggregation • Section 8.3 - Settlement Detail • Section 9 - Shortpay and Market Participant Default Process • Section 10 - Extracts and Reports

  5. Working Group Update PWG - highlights • Draft in Progress for Annual Validation suspension per AMS • Completed review and analysis for NPRR208 SEWG • Focused on Nodal • Worked with PWG to analyze UFE reports at Feb. 22nd meeting

  6. Working Group Update NOIE DRG TF NPRR208 completed and approved by COPs NOIE DRG TF – will follow NPRR208 to implementation but expected to Sunset in 2010
