Work plan / Activities to elaborate the CHIMP integrating the LSG • Technical feasibility and implementation are launched • Activities with shopkeepers to study the impact of the Reference plan on commercial activity • Valorization of the culturel heritage: - each private owner must clean his façade each ten years: it begins with the city hall façade witch is a work in progress - artistics interventions on public areas • Achievement by 2012 HerO Project Meeting in Liverpool | 16th-17th July 2009 I Page 10

Obstacles so far preparing / elaborating the CHIMP / integrating the LSG • Find new commercial activities. • Explain to the shopkeepers that no car and more pedestrians is good for them. • Make the drivers understand not to use their car, but collective transport • Convince the building owners to contribute to the beauty of the city by cleaning and renovating their property, HerO Project Meeting in Liverpool | 16th-17th July 2009 I Page 11
