Answer in your own words, without influence of others. • How can a city change the thought that ‘a given area of land can only support a certain population size’? • Do you agree or disagree that the human population will reach it’s carrying capacity within the next 40-50years? Why or why not? • The major growth of the world’s population is in the LEDCs. Do think this will positively or negatively affect the future of immigration into MEDCs and their economic growth? Be specific • Squatter cities are the current way cities grow around the world and are not seen as negative. Why do you suppose the US is apposed to this method? And why are we so negative towards LEDCs growth?
