Enhance human relations and organizational effectiveness through the support of leadership to ensure accomplishment of the 1st Medical Brigade’s mission in peace and war. Assist the Commander in fostering a command climate that generates a positive feeling about life in the Brigade for all soldiers and family members.
Serve as the Commander’s principle advisor on equal opportunity matters. Assist the Commander and subordinate commanders in determining their local equal opportunity climate by identifying issues of concern and ensuring regulatory compliance.
