  3. What will I do • List my ideas of where the value is • Add any ideas from the floor • Take the ideas in random(ish) order • Ask some questions • Be prepared to hear differing points of view • Take back your ideas and views to share

  4. What won’t I do • Try to sell you anything • Tell you that what you do is wrong • Deal with any detailed technical issues • Allow any fighting
