  2. PREVIEWQUESTIONS • Did you go to any preschool in your early ages? • Yes! Do you think the preschool was beneficial for you? • No! Would you like to go to one if you were to be born again?

  3. PRESCHOOL RULES! • Good investment for our children • Higher income, • Less likely to be involved in crime, • and… happier lives! • It’s spreading across the country! (U.S.) • Parents want to send their children to preschools. • The number of preschools is growing, and will grow further.

  4. TALKING ABOUT THE REALITY • The reality is not so ideal • Politicians focus just on the “number of” preschools. • The capability of teachers is not guaranteed. • Individual attention is impossible in most cases. • Preschooling cannot substitute homeschooling.

  5. DISCUSSION QUESTIONS • Do you think preschool education is good for children? • Do you think preschools can take care of each individual student well enough? • If you had a kid, would you send him/her to a preschool?
