  2. Patent Application – Skateboard launch ramp with extension Abstract: A wooden launch ramp made for bmx bikes, skateboards, scooters, and rollerblades. Its purpose is for beginners of a sport to learn on a ramp that is small, then as one progresses he/she can put the extension on to the ramp to make it a total of 2 ½ ft. taller. It is designed so that the smallest part of the ramp has hinges on each side to connect to is taller extension. The frame of the ramp is constructed of wood two by fours, and ply wood screwed in on top and right and left sides. AHS+Associates Andrew Petrov

  6. Patent Application – Skateboard ramp with extension Field of the invention: This ramp fits in the field of extreme sports. Exc: Skateboarding, bmx, in-line skating and scooters Background of the invention: In the business of making affordable ramps for extreme sport athletes successful inventors like Todd R. Schlesinger have made safe ramps at cheap prices. The problem with his ramp though is that the material he makes them with (heavy duty plastic) is not meant to last for a long time. Over time the plastic at the bottom of his ramp tend to warp and cause the ramp to be unstable. Many people find that buying these ramps would just be a waste of money since there is a greater chance of injury over time because of the factor of the ramp becoming unsafe. 7. Patent Application – Skateboard ramp with extension Summary of the invention: My ramp fixes the problem of not being long lasting, safe, and stable. It is entirely made out of wood with a thin sheet of masonite covering the riding surface. At the bottom of the ramp, where the rider first touches when riding the ramp, a sheet of sheet metal will be placed to prevent wheels from catching and locking up causing the rider to fall. With purchase of this ramp, the wood will be pre-cut, all screws and hinges are included and the price for my ramp package will be 25% cheaper then buying all the wood and supplies at your local hardware store.
