  5. THE QUESTION The issue becomes what can we do as officials and coaches to get good information to each other in order to make good game decisions (coaches) and properly administer the game (officials).

  6. SUGGESTIONS FOR GOOD COMMUNICATION • Be a professional at all times • Exhibit a courteous, conscientious and business like manner • Stay under control • Have the facts

  7. SUGGESTIONS FOR GOOD COMMUNICATION • Pass information in a clear manner • Ask reasonable and relevant questions • Use preventive officiating/coaching whenever possible
