What kind of essay will we be writing?

  3. Thursday • Academic Vocabulary: Textbook page 173 • Read each word and definition. • Write and sentence and draw a picture for each word. • Process: A series of action taken to get a result. Example: The first step in the process of getting out of ELD is to score advanced on the CELDT test. • Valid: Based on sensible reasoning Example: The student had a advanced score on the CELDT and scored proficient on the English section of the CST test. This student has a valid reason to move out of the ELD program.
