Use Photoshop to Create an Advertisement • You advertisement must have: • At least 5 layers • One for a background • One for the product • One where you alter colors or change part of the image to black and white (create a new fill or adjustment layer) • One to add text and add a layer style (fx) to the text. • One of your choice

  4. Rules • Product must be acceptable for your age and for school (no alcohol, no tobacco, no racy ads, etc). • Ad must be completed by the end of class on Thursday June 2nd • Show me the ad on the screen and explain the layers

  5. Hints • Start with the Product • Do a google search for “advertisement backgrounds” or pick a setting (e.g. road background, moon background) • Image sites: • http://www.deviantart.com • http://www.freedigitalphotos.net • http://www.freephotosbank.com • http://www.stockvault.net • http://freestockphotos.com

  6. Seniors • Anything you want included in your grade must be turned in by Friday June 3rd at the end of the day…
