PROPOSIÇÃO DE AÇÕES PROPOR AÇÕES EFETIVAS SOBRE AS CAUSAS IDENTIFICADAS NO PROCESSO P L A N E J A R 5W 2H Frase curta, verbo no infinitivo que induza a uma ação transformadora; Justificativa da ação, como ela vai contribuir para o alcance da meta; Intervalo de tempo no qual a ação deve ser conduzida ou  data-limite; Estimativa de recursos adicionais necessários, se for o caso. Local onde será executada a ação. Nome da pessoa (singular) responsável por prestar conta da execução da ação, não valem SIGLAS, nem CARGOS apenas. Pode ser estabelecida a responsabilidade a cada COMO, se facilitar o controle. Detalhe do O QUE, verbo no gerúndio, pensar no PDCA.
