Mission Statement • Mission Statement • Short statement that defines the organization's purpose and primary objectives • It’s prime function is internal-to define the key measures of an organization’s success • Identify “winning idea” • Key measures of success • Combine until you have a concise statement which expresses your ideas, measures and desired result.

  8. Vision Statement • Also define the organization’s purpose, but his time in terms of the values rather than bottom line measures. • The vision gives direction on about how employees are expected to behave and why customers should work with the organization.
