  3. New TSN – Brief History • Predecessor (TSN) launched in 1991 • SACHR (1997) Recommendations • Government Response (1998) White Paper “Partnership for Equality” • New TSN Launched by SoS July 1998 • Adopted by Previous Executive (March 2001) with commitment to review
