  2. welcome Welcome to Camp Zoneat Chesterbrook Academy Camp Zone® offers fun-filled summer programs for children ages 3-12.Each week, campers jump into action, participating in exciting sports programs, exploring nature, becoming involved in performing and creative arts, playing a part in group activities, and attending special events. Our campers have the opportunity to expand their horizons during the summer, embarking on new adventures, and having fun! Our exceptional program and dedicated staff create an environment that forges lifelong friendships among our campers. We create a summer experience that is unforgettable! It all starts with our outstanding camp counselors.A camp is only as good as its staff, and we are extremely proud of ours. Talent, creativity, love of children, leadership and devotion make our camp counselors the heart and soul of the program. We take our camp programs seriously and begin our summer with intensive staff training and orientation. Camp Zone® counselors and specialists are doing exactly what they enjoy most: spending a summer inspiring campers to explore, reach for new heights, and expand their horizons. Camp Zone® gives you choices. Camp Zone® includes five days of activities, from 6:30am – 6:00 pm. We offer part-time schedules as well.   3. Themes Camp Zone Weekly Theme Descriptions Week 1: Welcome Summer During our transitional week, we will be welcoming back our campers. We will have a water slide to play on at school, a face painter and will visit The Jump Zone. Week 6: Sports—Athletics is the name of the game this week! Field Day, a soccer clinic and a trip to the Camden Riversharks game is perfect for this winning team! Week 2: Dino DaysChesterbrook is going to be bed-”rocking” through our Dino Days! From building life size dinosaurs, to fossil making, to visiting the Academy Of Natural Sciences, this is going to be some pre-historic good times! Week 7: Super Hero Week– We are going to fuel our super powers by mixing up some “Super Slushies” in cooking class. This will boost our Super Heroes and have us ready for a visit from the Star Lab ( a mobile planetarium). Our leaping skills will be at An all time high, after a visit to Bounce U!! Week 8: Food, Glorious Food— Quiver Farms will be stopping by to drop off eggs to care for until they hatch! We can’t wait to see those cute chicks! We will have a pizza party at the park and finish our week with a trip to the Chinese Buffet! Week 3: Under The Sea-- We are going into this week with a “splash”! Not only are we going to make Aquarium Pops and Jello Aquariums, but we are also going to travel to the Wetlands Institute to discover all that the sea has to offer! Week 9: Down On The Farm-- We will continue to care for our chicks, as we get busy “Down On The Farm”. Yummy pineapple Upside Down Cake is on the agenda in cooking class! We also will visit Johnson’s Farm to pick some fresh corn and peaches! What fun! Week 4: Once Upon A Time-- This week campers are going to have so much fun, they will think they stepped off the page of one of their favorite story books! We will become magical scientists during our Magic Egg experiment. Creativity will flow when we make our own sock puppets. And a trip to the Pitman theater to see “Aladin” will round out Storybook of a week! Week 10: A Few Favorites As our fun filled summer comes to a close we will focus on fun! A visit from Jungle John and his Jungle animals are a great finish to a busy summer! Also we are going out in a big way…..IMAX big….when we visit the IMAX theater for a movie! Week 5: Animals, Animals Everywhere! We are whipping up yummy cake batter dip with animal crackers this week! Beginning a whole week of animal fun! The Philadelphia Zoo will visit us here at Chesterbrook bring all kinds of cool animals! We will also be visiting the Cape May Zoo to see all our zoo favorites! http://glassboro.chesterbrookacademy.com

One time camp Activity Fee: $195 (5 and up) $175 (4 years old) Fee covers all trips, activities, and t-shirt. Tuition per week: 5 full days $226 4 full days $205 3 full days $176 2 full days $150 Reminder: Your camp activity fee along with the registration and schedule forms must be returned to secure a place for your child. Camp size is limited to 30 children per day. Camp tuition is due on the first day of the week of your child’s attendance. (Camp calendar subject to change due to conditions beyond our control)
