  3. Mark 4:35–41 35That day when evening came, he said to his disciples, “Let us go over to the other side.”36Leaving the crowd behind, they took him along, just as he was, in the boat. There were also other boats with him.

  4. 37A furious squall came up, and the waves broke over the boat, so that it was nearly swamped. 38Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, “Teacher, don’t you care if we drown?”

  5. 39He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm. 40He said to his disciples, “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?”

  6. 41They were terrified and asked each other, “Who is this? Even the wind and the waves obey him!”

  7. Matthew 8:26 He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Luke 8:25 "Where is your faith?" he asked his disciples.

  8. Mark4:40 He said to his disciples, "Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?"

  9. Mark 4:38 Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, "Teacher, don't you care if we drown?"

  10. HE CARES FOR YOU EVEN IN THE FACE OF YOUR STORMS HE WILL CHALLENGE US IF WE DOUBT THAT HE CARES

  11. Psalm 8:3-4 When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him?

  15. Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

  16. 2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen and protect you from the evil one.

  17. JESUS IN YOU IS BIGGER THAN YOUR STORM

  18. NICENE CREED I believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty maker of heaven and earth, of all that is seen and unseen.

  19. I believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father; God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, of one being with the Father.

  20. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the son. With the Father and the Son he is worshipped and glorified.
