  4. TahaWhānau (family/social health) Belonging, caring and sharing with individuals as part of a wider group. Could be family, extended family, close friends, team mates, etc… Socialize with friends and flatmates, play volleyball at Hahei, spend time with my family etc…

  5. TahaWairua (spiritual health) Values, beliefs, family traditions, religion. Family time, being by or in the ocean, etc…
