  4. Example how they relate Training from the Huntly half has improved my Taha Tinana (Physical Wellbeing) as I can now run for longer periods of time which has had had an influence on my tahaWairua (Spiritual wellbeing) as it has boosted my confidence in aerobic activites.

  5. Example Number 2 With the support and encouragement of my friends through my social well being (TahaWhanau) I have been able to push and challenge myself which has effected my Mental and emotional well-being (TahaHinengaro). Without their support I may not have been able to achieve the goals that I set
