  1. Donor Acquisition And Characterization Donor Acquisition and Characterization Solomon Park Research Laboratories, Inc. supplies the medical research industry with the  highest quality human biomedical samples. Our mission and aim are to “save human  lives.”  We have a regulatory-compliant and privacy-protected biorepository that consists of  whole blood, red blood cells, platelets, serum, plasma, PBMCs, and urine samples  collected under Solomon Park Research Laboratories’ approved clinical protocols.    Donor Characterization At Solomon Park Research Labs, we work hard at developing an extensive database of  donors based on their unique characterization. And our donor acquisition consultants  group donors according to their demographics, age, location, age, and type of blood  samples extracted, whether healthy or diseased.  We create cohorts, or categories, of donors, grouped by clinical diagnosis, for baseline  and longitudinal clinical research. Thus, we are continually adding new donors to our list  of established donor categories, based on demographics and disease types, and we are  also adding disease states to our list of donor categories and disease types for which we  can supply biomedical samples to the research industry. Subsequently, the list of disease  types that we have blood and urine samples for continues to grow.

  2. For interest’s sake, longitudinal research is correlational research that involves looking at  variables over an extended period. Juxtapositionally, baseline research provided a starting  or control point against which to monitor and assess the progress and effectiveness of a  study.  If we don’t have it, we will collect it.
