Manufacturing Plant in located Cobourg, Ontario Canada. • A2Z specializes in steel panelization and fabrication of modular Homes and Commercial Buildings. • A2Z is focused on the “LEED standards of quality”. We meticulously design and engineer homes with a high insulation value for ultimate energy efficiency. Modular homes are suitable to virtually any environment (rural, suburban, and urban) and any climate. • The company has developed housing projects in Canada and the USA, and supplied construction products to land developers in Europe, Africa, and Latin America. Currently we are focusing on the Latin American market, where it is most needed.

Why Latin America and Caribbean Markets • According to news released on May 14, 2012 and posted on the website of The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), “Currently, one in three families in Latin America and the Caribbean, or 59 million people live in dwellings that are either unsuitable for habitation or built with poor materials.” • Data from 18 countries show that over two-thirds of households in Nicaragua, Bolivia, Peru and Guatemala have sub-standard housing.
