  3. Eligibility - Veterans • 90+ days of active duty service after 9/10/01 only 30 days needed if discharged for a service-connected disability • Honorable Discharge • Election • Service Percentage Tier (40% - 100%)

  4. Eligibility - Dependents • Transfer of Entitlement (TOE) • Fry Scholarship

  5. Eligibility - Limitations • Delimiting Date – 15 years • 36 Months of Entitlement • School and Program must be approved.

  6. Payments – Tuition & Fees • Public Schools – Rate charged to in-state students • Private Schools - $18,077.50 per academic year (subject to cost of living adjustment) • Yellow Ribbon Program

  7. Payments - Housing • Rate for E-5 Service member with dependents • Based on School’s Zip Code • $684/month limit for online only students • Part-time students prorated ($0 if ½ time or less) • Active duty veterans & spouses not eligible
