Directories/Membership Lists Photographs Artifacts/Memorabilia Correspondence (and emails) of a significant nature Scrapbooks Speeches • Founding documents • Clippings • Audits and Budgets • Minutes • Bylaws and revisions • Publications • Press Releases • Audio Visual Recordings
What to toss? Aim for Informational value! Old forms, receipts, requests orders Notes, telephone messages, post its State/National Records (with exceptions) • Drafts, working copies • Routine correspondence • Duplicates • Externally created publications
