  3. ABOUT MARTIN • district and culture town • LOCATION: north of Slovakia • AREA: 67,736 km² • POPULATION: 60 000 (30. 9. 2008) • RIVER: Turiec • MOUNTAINS: Veľká Fatra, Malá Fatra, Kremnické vrchy

  4. SLOVENSKÉ KOMORNÉ DIVADLO • location is in the square • theatre is in the building called Národný dom • start of construction was in 1888 • reconstruction started in 2001 • the best plays: Tango, 1+1=3, Mizantrop... • architect: Blažej Bulla • Dotyky a spojenia
