AMI Asbestos Testing Commercial Asbestos Testing For commercial facilities, testing should be conducted as part of a Hazardous Materials survey and are required for a pre-demolition NESHAP survey. Our U.S. EPA-licensed professionals will visit the building(s) in question and conduct an investigation for any suspect Asbestos-Containing Materials. Samples are then collected, documented and sent off to a licensed lab. Customers can expect to receive a report detailing the findings of the investigation and sampling based on the project needs.
