  6. Rift Valley Resources Corp. History Information provided by the sellers along with property exploration assessment reports filed with the British Columbia Ministry of Mines and Petroleum Resources provide the following history of the claims: To date more than $5,000,000 has been spent by previous owners and the Sellers on the Cat claims. Expenditures have included a 3D IP program and diamond drilling. The Cat Mountain property has indentified high grade gold mineralization from historic and recent ground survey and drilling with established large numbers of gold mineralization area and priority targets. Gold was originally discovered on the summit of Cat Mountain in the 1940’s and since that time a number of exploration programs have been carried out on the property by various owners including BP Resources and Lysander Minerals between 1989 and 1995. The gold was found to be in quartz- magnetite veins which were tested by trenching and several short diamond drill holes in 1979. comprehensive programs were carried out in the late 1980’s and through out the 1990’s. it was not until the 1990’s copper/gold exploration boom in BC that major exploration programs were carried out on the Claims.

  7. Rift Valley Resources Corp. History In 1993, Lysander Gold Corporation owned the property and retained Paul Richardson Ph.D. P. Eng to asses the gold potential of the Cat Property (Claims) and design a program to investigate the potential. A first stage diamond drill program was proposed for 1994. In 2007 Cadillac Mining Corp (“Cadillac”) completed an option agreement with Lysander Minerals Corp to acquire a 50% in the Cat Mountain project by spending $2,000,000. A February 2008 Cadillac news release annouced the results of its October 2007 diamond drill program. Cadillac drilled 7 holes to test a northerly trending copper/ gold geochemical anomaly. (it was noted that the intercept included max values of 9.9% Copper, 5.8 grams per tonne Gold and 0.09% Cobalt over 1.5 metres). a) Copper 5.7% b) Gold 3.1 grams per tonne c) Silver 4.6 grams per tonne d) Cobalt 500 parts per million

  8. Rift Valley Resources Corp. History Diamond drill holes 0-18 and 07-24 intersected mineralization over widths ranging from 1.5 o 3.5 meters, which returned values of 1.5% and 1.9% Copper, 2.1g/t Gold, 16g/t Silver and 850 ppm for Cobalt. Mr. Barry Price MSC., P. Geo., Consulting Geologist advises that to date “The best drill intercept has been 100 meters of 1.37 grams gold. Higher grade intercepts have been common over 5-210 meters in other holes.”

  16. Rift Valley Resources Corp. Summary The Cat Mountain property appears to be a substantial property with established exploration and diamond drill targets as there are very large magnetic and IP signature. These targets include: a) high grade Magnetic Skarns with Copper and Gold (visible gold) b) a classic alkalic porphyry at depth

  19. Rift Valley Resources Corp. Further Exploration Suggestion Barry Price MSc P. Geo., has suggested that further exploration should include: a) additional electromagnetometer and magnetometer surveys similar to the one carried out in 2008 & 2011. please see attached maps Cat Mountain Project 2008 & 2011 Ground Mag Surveys as well as Cadillac Mining Corp Osilink (Cat Mountain) Project – Total Field magnetics with drill collars and Cadillac Mining Corp. Calculated Vertical Gradient b) additional deep induced polarization (I.P.) surveys c ) additional historic and present day data research and compilation d ) additional diamond drilling on a regular grid basis
