  • Responsibilities
    • Provide for safety of patients, staff, and visitors;
    • Maintain situational awareness by listening to overhead announcements and directions including safety messages
    • Staff are not permitted to go home unless otherwise directed by the Incident Commander or Supervisor.
    • Inventory staff, supplies, and resources;
    • Input your unit information into the Unit Disaster Report Form (UDAR) or online via command aware at
