    4. Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia have fixed facilities with U.S. Army Forces being stationed there full time. Iraq, Afghanistan and Uzbekistan, have temporary facilities that support the “Operation Enduring Freedom” and “Operation Iraqi Freedom”. As the mission of the Army evolves in these countries, and the desire to ensure stability in the region we foresee the establishment of permanent facilities to support the US and CDRCENTCOM’s objects for these areas.
