  5. Navigation and Selection Basics A plus sign indicates that there are additional sub-choices If it’s a plus/minus sign, single click on the plus/minus sign to select or double click on the title itself This icon must be double clicked in order to select it

  6. Box 1 – Choose Your Vendors You can choose to see prices from all vendors or choose your own combination of vendors

  7. Box 2 – Choose Your CLIN You can navigate to a CLIN or Service by typing in the Find CLIN box

  8. Box 2 – Choose Your CLIN Available CLINs will appear in a list – Single click to select the appropriate CLIN

  9. Box 2 – Choose Your CLIN You can also navigate through a “tree” of available Services and CLINs

  16. Box3 – Choose Locations If a location is not required, Box 3 will appear as below. If a location is required, you will be prompted to enter the location information.

  17. Box 3 – Choose Locations Enter your desired location in the text field. Finish by pressing enter. You can enter any of the following information and the pricer will map results to the nearest wire center: street address with city/state; NPANXX; NSC; SWC; zip code; or city and state.

  18. Box 4 – Choose Date Range Choose from pre-defined ranges or specify your own range Dates must be entered in YYYY-MM-DD format

  19. Box 5 – Pricing Options This panel allows you to adjust any applicable pricing parameters such as quantity or bandwidth When in doubt, don’t change the default

  20. Box 6 – Activating the Pricer Once all choices have been made in Boxes 1 through 5, press the “Price Selected CLIN” button to cue the pricer to retrieve your results

  21. Results appear in the Pricing Results panel on the right side of the Web page Pricing Results

  22. Pricing Results: Navigation Hint To see the pricing results full screen, press the << in the Options title bar

  23. CLIN Results ‘n/a’ indicates that the vendor does not offer that particular unit price CLIN Description Date Range Unit Price Data by Vendor

  24. CLIN Results (Concluded) Each CLIN has a frequency. Frequency types are MRC, NRC, and Usage. Each CLIN has a Unit Type. This is the quantity from Box 5. CLINs are either Routine or Critical.

  27. CLIN Results: Options—Download Choosing the Download option will prompt you to save the results

  28. CLIN Results: Options—Download (Continued) Choose Save when prompted to download the results or Cancel to abort

  29. CLIN Results: Options—Download (Continued) Navigate to your preferred save location and then select Save to download your results or choose Cancel to abort the action

  30. CLIN Results: Options—Download (Continued) A dialogue box will indicate that your results have been downloaded

  32. CLIN Results: Options—Remove Choosing Remove will generate a yes/no prompt

  33. CLIN Results: Options—Remove (Concluded) Choosing Yes will clear the CLIN prices from the Pricing Results panel

  34. CLIN Results: Associated CLINs If there are CLINs that are associated with the priced CLIN, they will be listed under the Associated drop down Single clicking on an associated category will automatically pull the relevant CLINs in Box 2 to allow you to choose them for pricing

CLIN Results: Associated CLINs (Concluded) For example, choosing CONUS to CONUS PVC from Associated CLINs will pull up the appropriate CLINs in the Options panel Choices will be constrained to CLIN characteristics that are equivalent to the original CLIN (grayed out CLINs are not appropriate choices)

  36. Navigation Hint Choosing Clear Association Filter will allow all CLINs to be available for pricing when pricing associated CLINS

Total Price Summary • Total Price Summary shows the sum of all price results by vendor: • If more than one CLIN was priced, the summary will reflect the sum of the results from each CLIN • If the CLIN is an MRC CLIN, results will reflect the multiplication of the # of months in the chosen time period by the price; if the date range encompasses more than a single year, annual results will be summed together • If the CLIN is an NRC CLIN, results will reflect the first price • If the CLIN is a Usage CLIN, results will reflect the CLIN price multiplied by the quantity specified in Box 5 and then multiplied over the # of months in the chosen time period

  38. Pricing Results: Clear Choosing Yes will clear all individual CLIN price results

Navigation and Selection Basics • Step 1: Choose Your Vendors • Step 2: Choose Your CLIN • Telecommunication Services • Dedicated Access (DAA all services) • Domestic Wireline Building MRC • Select Your Speed (Bandwidth) • Step 3: Enter Your Location • City and State • NPANXX, NSC, SWC • Building address • Step 4: Choose Your Date Range • Step 5: Input Your Desired Number of Circuits for That Location (or Leave at Default of 1) • Step 6: Activate the Pricer by Pressing the “Price Selected CLIN” Button
