Lateral Leadership • The benefit of lateral leadership can be enhanced by: • Blaming joint methods and not colleagues • Acknowledging good reasons for others’ behavior • Accepting a share in the responsibility • Thinking about roles as others might see them • Involving colleagues in planning changes • Keeping an open mind
