  3. ASSUMPTION #1:People want to network within and across their own organisations

  4. ASSUMPTION #2:Your whole organisation has to be networked for it to be seen as successful

  5. ASSUMPTION #3:Internal networking is different to external networking

  6. ASSUMPTION #4:ICT / Information Security / HR colleagues are a barrier.

  7. ASSUMPTION #5:Social media or a social intranet will magically force existing leadership to change or learn.

  8. Hands up if….“You have some kind of “social” feature inside your council – somewhere, no matter how small – Now?”

  18. Can you actually create that on your own?

  19. Because no tool will help unless you know the answer to that question.
