The room is spacious. • The room temperature is cold…warm… • just right. • Bubba is an inspirational leader. • I am stupid. I can’t do that.   21. observing with the heart • Find a partner – this is a paired exercise • Sit, facing each other: • Person A - face the back of the room • Person B face the front of the room • Person A = Speaker • Person B = Listener • Wait for further instructions

  22. observing with the heart • Person A = Speaker – over the next 5 minutes please share an experience of courage • Person B = Listener – while the speaker is sharing their experience, look for the written word and embody the emotion. • Following the exercise, use the handout to capture your experience as the Speaker and your experience as the Listener.
