  3. Projects and Activities • Quality assurance - destructive physical testing. • Quality control analysis - internal & external. • Data accumulation and interpretation. • Interaction with other departments. • Reviewing of new project -multi-zone ovens • Acquiring info on industry.

  4. Personnal Activities and Achievements • Daily engineer’s meetings. • Daily shipping meetings. • Physical testing in lab-Instron. • Data accumulation-Excel. • Reports, QCA’s, Emails- Word, Powerpoint, Visio, Outlook. • Troubleshooting substandard product quality. • Review and learning of electrical IR ovens on new project- thermodynamics, electrical and impact on production.

Company Activities • QCA’s, strict product specifications, yearly and on request product reports. • Six Sigma, ISO 14001 certified. • Teamwork essential for clear understanding. -Different engineers concentrate on different products but all have general knowledge. • Above minimum ethical standard of set due to company policy.
