  4. Symptoms of Poor Time Management • Last minute rushes • Unexpected crisis after crisis • Never have time to do important things • Taking office work to the home • Degraded performance • Days pass by helplessly • Poor self image

  14. B. Tips & Techniques • Learn to manage Interruptions • Make the telephone work for you not against you • Do not be a perfectionist • Learn to say NO • You are not indispensable • Remember, if you die today the world will still go on

  15. C. Tips & Techniques • Procrastination is a bad habit- get rid of it fast • Find your own Prime Time of the day • Do the most difficult tasks in your Prime Time • Set deadlines – meet your deadlines • Analyze really difficult problems, and plan your solution strategy
